Game Freeze's

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else ran into this problem, and what can be done to correct it. I downloaded Empire Builder - Ancient Egypt, and was playing along and the scroll came up that tells me what the goals are. Well I clicked on it and nothing happened, it would not close. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it again and the same thing happened. Does anyone have any suggestions.
