wizard of oz book

I have cut down trees and moved boards around, cannot do anything else. Can't use anything else and don't have any control over the tin man. He just walks back and fourth, no matter what I do! Please help!

Before you can maneuver the tin man, be sure to have the following: Board, wooden plank, ax and magnet. Then go to the page where you have the puzzle (where you lead the tin man around). the TM moves back and forth only. However, you can manipulate him with the magnet. hold the magnet where you want him to go and he will go there as long as it's one box away. Also you will need to cut the trees and put boards on the water spots. Hope you solve it soon!
