This game will not let me go anywhere!!

I am stuck on the bridge. I cannot use the cell phone or read the note or get a good look at the picture from the painter. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi debbieb1 and welcome to the pond! I have only made it through about half of this game but I DO remember that you have to talk to the painter like 5-6 times before these things become available for you to use and collect so here are a couple of things that I wish someone would have told me about...I hope they help!

The last two times the painter will discuss Barbora, and the guy

that was watching her, then the last time you talk about the guy

and buy his *Picture*, then you go and check the statue up a bit from

the stand, right click it and he will check closer and find a *Note

from Barbora*. Right click it to read it, then right click your

cell phone to talk your uncle. He will tell you where she lives, and

you move to that location.

I loved this game, my first LF one, but I had to use a walkthrough a lot of times. So I suggest you keep this in mind. (I am sure you have, but just in case).

Thank you both for the help & for the welcome. I was finally able to read the note & see the painting, but when I tried the cellphone the game froze.
I am going to try reinstalling & see if things go any smoother.

I am having the same problem. I will try right clicking this time to see if I can get the note. Thank you for the suggestions.
