Game doesn't load in the center

This game loads off to the right, so the full screen is not visible. There doesn't seem to be any way of getting to the menu, or making the game smaller. Can this be fixed?

I know so little that I probably shouldn't be responding, but did you try changing your monitor resolution?? Just a guess. Good luck.
