At the steps of nevenmore

I'm at the steps of nevenmore and I was just wondering if thats the end of the game or if the steps lead to somewhere?

No I dont know, Im still trying to find dr. dryer to get a prescription.

you have to go all the way to top of stairs, dont stop or go left or right just keep going up without stopping, this will take you to rthe outerworld

Hope you have gone up the steps by now. I'm stuck in the outer world. Don't know how to get the doctor to talk to me .Please help.

you have to find the metro station after talking to the dwarf when on your way to the stairs you go left insted of right then talk to jub and go to the hotel and find the guy the dwarf tel you to

The walkthrough said it only took 1.5 minutes to go up the stairs, but I swear it had my finger on the up button for 15.
