Sleep Flute or 20 Emeralds?

After saving the First Druid, he offered either Sleep Flute or 20 Emeralds. Which is better to take, the item or the money?

Is there a place where you can upgrade the armours if you take the money?

Sleep flute is the choice,,,,,,More power Kat

The Sleep Flute is the advised choice. I never used it because high experience levels and choice weaponry/armor rendered Rhen, Elini, Lars and Te"ijal pretty near invincible....and besides, what do you do with all the elixirs and potions cluttering up your inventory ??
Thais is the best place for armor/weapon upgrades....but don't discount the superior goodies you will find in some of the red and blue chests.

The thieves caves are on the western island, near a place named Sedona. So you'll have to go back and find all those blue chests again!

You can also purchase a picklock at the Pirates Market for 300 g in the Islands.

The Sleep Flute is extremely useful in the final battle against Ahriman!!!
