HELP! Can't get games to launch play!

I'm logged in and have tried to Download and Run a couple different games and system goes through the two Run boxes and looks like it is loading, but games never come up....Any suggestions?!?!?!?!?

I am having the same problem. The game will download,then nothing. Can anyone please help

Are you both Mac users? Because I'm having the same problem. I just downloaded it and can't get it to load and start up.

I also have just recently downloaded the mac version and can't get it to launch.I tried to uninstall and reload but no luck, same problem.
I was really looking forward to playing this game but I guess I will just try and get a refund. I noticed many mac users were having trouble saving the game so even if we were able to play there would still be bugs.
