Boat

I can't move on from the boat. Since it's sparkling I guess that I am to do something, but what? the light bulb, gas can and bolt cutters don't work.

Punky, welcome to the Fish Pond. You need to return to the abandoned railcar and use the items in inventory. When you've solved the puzzle inside, you get oars for the boat. Good Luck
