Game will not let me select gender & type in name........

I have been struggling with this for months. I've tried live help and can't get a screen. I haven't been able to play this game, when I try to type in a name nothing happens, the curser doesn't move. I have loaded and reloaded the game many times and checked to make sure Java is current. I've re-loaded Java at least 4 times. I'm so frustrated, bought a game I can't even play. Any suggestions are welcome.

Email customer support, and they will give you a credit. I had allot of problems with this game also. I finally had to dump it, and get my money back. I hope this helps.
