I think this game is a problem child! The 1st time I played it, it abruptly stopped after chapter 32 & I could go no further. Like a moron, I uninstalled & reinstalled the game. After that It stopped @ chapter 16. Tech support told me "some people's computers do that." (not very supportive,eh?) Well, they DID give me a coupon for a free game, but that coupon code never worked. Too bad. I liked the game, it was very challenging. That's the only bad experience I've ever had with Big Fish.

hey there i had trouble with a coupon code once too.

turns out there was an extra space at the end when i copied and pasted.
I'm embarrassed to say it took me an email to support to get that sorted

if you try again and it still doesn't work, let them know.
