Flat top shoes???

I understand that flat top shoes are shoes with no heels and are kind of flat on top (though I gotta say the tops all look the same to me), but where can I find them exactly? All the shoes have heels, even the ones in Paris. Can anyone direct me to where I can find these flat top shoes? Thanks.

I've had the same problem. So far, the only shoes I've found that do not have a "heel" per se are a pair of light brown boots at the mall, and then a pair of wedges that you find when you unlock Paris.
