skull lock puzzle

I cant seem to figure out the numbers on the skull lock puzzle and there is no way to skip this one. someone please help. i am getting to the point of throwing my computer through the window.Thank you

I am also stuck on the puzzle What is THREAD? also where do I find the pick?
