This was one of my first; I liked it. There are some pros and cons. It would be better if once you had finished, you could skip the story and just play the scenes. Music is somewhat irritating after a while.

Game play is good: a mix of mostly Ho with a few Find The Differences and select the villain at each level. There are 3 minigames that alternate at the ending stages of each level. The characters are zany and the graphics for the HOs well done.

If you haven't already, try the demo.

Whenever I demo a new game I record it in a book with a comment. My comment for this game was "UGH" Guess I didn't like it. Probable the blah, blah, blah.

I'm downloading the demo now. I went ahead a tried the demo of Azada, did OK with it, so bought it. Already fed up with it, I'm just not that good with puzzles!! I don't mind a little bit of a challenge, but the Azada puzzles were too much for me!!!

OK, played 15 mintues of the demo of Private Eye, and that was enough to know that I didn't want it. Hated the "picture taking" and the graphics were pretty bad too.

Thanks Oreo, did look at the walkthroughs, but they can't help you with that stupid robot puzzle (I have terrible eye hand coordination) or the squares!!

I took me many tries to work through the robot (and he returns again later). The squares are more easily winable if you just keep making straight lines. When the play gets tight, count the number of squares each option will provide your opponent. Choose the least dangerous option.

If you can, get into the minigames and try playing the robot and squares for practice. You may have to pass at least one level of each game to acess that minigame. It's worth it although I quit in frustration several times before passing the first robot game. I guess I am too stubborn to stop.

Lisa, I always use one of those "magic orbs" to bypass that stupid robot! I NEVER play that level, it's very arcade-like to me, and I'm not a fan of arcade games. Try that, Azada is WAY too good of a game to give up on just because of one bad mini-game! I'm anxiously awaiting the sequel!

This is the most stupidist asinine hidden object game ever made. It is retarded plus the clown that wrote is an absolute retard.. the music is annoying , plus those stupid cartoon type characters are worse than kindergarten and Mr. Rogers combined.. Half the objects do not resemble what it is when you find the stupid thing,, plus when I quit a game and expect to go back I expect to go ack to where I left off,, not having to play the same dorky scenes over and over and over.... Refund please and ban this idiot from making any more stupid games,, the dialogue sucks the whole game sucks , plus it causes a whole binch o constant disk errors.. leave it in th egarbage bin or pay people to endure this stupid waste of MB.

I'm on my second time through. I sort of like it. The graphics are very frustrating! Some of the items you need to find are only partially visible but since they don't move, they are easy to find the second time. Capturing the words is way too fast. However, since I mistakenly thought I'd enjoy it and purchased the game, I'll play it several times just because I can't afford another game right now.

PRIVATE EYE-UNSOLVED MYSTERIES stuck

[Post New]by care___916 on Apr 17, 09 2:26 AM
In the Asian area, I am stuck in the area where the ice is and the fish, wine etc.
Is there an other entry thru this area? I have no items listed above but it keeps sending me back there.

Hope someone can help me.
Thanks
