Stuck on Chapter 1

I have completed the 10 levels, but it will not advance to chapter 2. Levels 1-10 have 3 stars, except for 1 level. Do I need 3 stars on all of them before it will let me advance?

I'm having the same issue. I made it to Chapter Two and then my free 60 minute trial was over. I bought the game, thinking I'd keep going. But I can't!

It put me back in Chapter 1, having completed all the levels, and will not let me move forward.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
