IM IN THE FINAL CRIME SCENE AND CANT FIGURE OUT HAT DO DO WITH COMPASS HEAD AND FLASHLIGHT??? HELP PLEASE

I'm stuck myself, so thought maybe you could help me. I'm stuck in the museum and can't find the last arrow (found a bunch of arrows for a bow and one green directional arrow -- not sure what kind of arrow i'm looking for) also I can't get my hints to do anything but have the cigar burn down. Do you have a suggestion for me concerning either the arrow or what I should be looking at as a hint.
