level 10 pencil?

i had a hint tell me the pencil is near the record player and i still cant find it. out of hints too. dont u feel stupid when u cant find an object and its right infront of u, lol!? anyone know where the pencil is?

I remember the windup record pencil ... but don't remember pencil. Could it be laying on the arm or windup handle? Look along all edges as well.
