this and other law and order game

Got message access violation on both trial games so I could not try playing either one. All the other games I've downloaded worked fine.

I had the same problem. Went through about 2 weeks of communicating back and forth with customer service and downloading their "fix", but it never worked. They said I was missing an update on a driver, yet, my computer manufacturer said it is all up to date. Was able to play the game about 5 minutes today before it locked up on me.

Bummer....sounds like it is a Big Fish Games issue.....
