Missing Gear Parts

I made it to level 70, but somehow missed acquiring gear parts from the first three collected scrolls. I've inputed the correct number sequences and icon, and get a message that i've "already input that code."
The only thing I can figure is to start over with a new user name and relay the whole thing. Anyone have a better idea?

..you might do a search for venice mystery in the box above your profile and look for her post. Then, you can click on her userid and send her a PM ... she might be able to help because I got the idea she'd played this game a lot.

Hi! Did you make it to level 71? I did, but the game won't go any farther, it says I'm missing a part. I checked and I didn't miss any! What up with that!

I am having the same problem as everyone else. I've played the whole way through,opened all the scrolls except for the first scroll. I put in all the numbers for the first scroll, and it keeps telling me that I have the numbers wrong. I've started the game over and the first scroll still says I have the numbers wrong. I have 1,3,8,13,17,19,22 and 23. What is wrong? I have all the gears but for that first one. I am totally frustrated.

I made it to 71 also. I lost all my lives and had to start over. When I did I never went to the short cut to get the parts so I e-mailed Gamgo and they said to load v 1.14 to correct the scroll issue. They say BFG has the new version. Checked and they still don't have it. Any one know when it might be out? They also suggested to start over with a new name, but no guarantee that it will work.

BFG support told me to uninstall and reinstall the game, which I did. So far, so good. I'm working every scroll as it comes to me, which I didn't do the first time. I'm getting through the scrolls just fine and the gears are coming as I play the game. Time will tell if this was the right solution.

The Gremlin struck again. I opened the game and the doggone thing started me at level one, I was above level 51 this afternoon. I can't find the level I was at. So, I am a patient person, I started at level one. I got the scroll and low and behold, it refuses the number I enter. Here we go again. I think I'm going to complain and get my money back, this game has the possibility of being a great game but the glitches make it perfectly awful. \
My advice, DON'T BUY THIS GAME!

I think this could be a problem with your computer because many people playing this game and they have no problems.
Are you on a Mac or Windows?
