Never received the diamond

After I placed the shard in the lamp it disappeared and I never received the diamond. Anyone else have that happen?

Went back in and saw where I did not get the lens from my Inventory to scroll over the three blue jems in the HOS. Did that and it showed me the real diamond and put it in my inventory. All is good.
