glowing stump

[hi there all you clever bods! i have completed this puzzle, so when i sailed to another island i looked for the stump as then i would have an ironwood palm with everlasting wood, not so! there it was on the island but when i got to where it was there was nothing but flowers!!! can you explain this or is it my age!!!! many thanks, gill.

Hi Beatrice! I experienced this problem too, and sent Tech Support an email. I think it's one of two things:
1)You've got infinite ironwood in your inventory for potions already, and can't run out
or
2) It's a glitch.
If it's 2, I'm hoping they're working on a fix. If it's 1, you can always plant new trees... :/

It's not a glitch, it's just how the program was designed. Once you solve the ironwood stump and sail to an island you can see the ironwood stump in the "details" map, but not on the island, itself. But you should have access to ironwood in your potions.

Isn't always there. I've sailed to 3 different islands where the areal shot showed the stump. No stump. I chose my last island (because I do NOT want to build that dang ark again lol) with certain criteria in mind. Oh well.
