No more moves available!!!

Is anyone else fed up with playing a good game, setting up for checkmate, only to get the "No more moves are available!" message? You end up with a draw and a handful of points, when clearly there were plenty of moves available and black's King was in your sights? Really frustrating. Especially since when the shoe is on the other foot and your King is being chased around the board the game never calls a draw on itself! I think this is something that should be addressed because I really don't feel like I look forward to playing, knowing a well-played game that should end in a win may count for next to nothing. Anyone else with this issue?
