Got into the Cathedral, but there is no snake head nor is there a fishing pole outside the Cathedral. Do I need to uninstall then reinstall or what? HELP!!

I did everything the support told me to o and I'm still stuck. When I try to shoot the sling shot to get the fishing rail, the rock won't go. I've played the game 4 times and I always get stuck on the same damn spot. Please somebody help!!!!!

I am having problems getting the inventory items to connect to their items. I have tried repeatedly and they won't work. Now I am stuck trying to get the handle on the barrel thing in the torture chamber. Errrghhhh!!! I am playing on my iPad and I can't even get close to where the handle attaches without the handle flying back to the inventory.

I can't get the masks to stay on the mini game in the corridor. They just go right back to inventory. It is annoying to say the least. Has this happened to any one else?

I have been playing this game on my iPad and now I can not get the slingshot to work in the bonus game. I have the stick in the hole but I can not get the stone to stay on the slingshot. What do I do?

I'm having losts of problems with inventory items conecting in the game (fishing pole with sling shot, funnel with generator, gas can with funnel, masks with puzzle in floor). I keep trying and trying. It took days for the fishing pole to work and another day for the gas can to work. I've been trying to fit the mask in place since last night. Can someone help?????

I am having the same problem. Have you been able to fix it yet?

I am having the same issue as MrsHave on bonus game on iPad. The stone will NOT load into the slingshot.

I'm having the same problem on my iPad 3. I can get the first two masks to stay on the board with a lot of luck and patience but the third keeps returning to the inventory. The zoom has also stopped working. I sent a message to tech support but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've played a lot of BFG on my iPad and I have to say this is the first time I've had a real problem.

Same issue as others who have posted before me in regards to the stone not going into the slingshot on the iPad version.

Been trying and trying and no dice.

Handle will not connect to iron man box. Cannot even get the handle close to it. Can u help. Been trying for days. Can't move pass this point. Any suggestions on what to do?

I have been having this problem too. I have found that if you drag the masks under their respective spots instead of on top, they will go into the slots. I hope this helps

I've found a rather odd solution to this problem. Hold the rock over the sling shot with one finder. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FINGER OFF THE ROCK! Then with your other finger, tap on the rubber band part of the sling shot. It should work then.

Hi! I am a pretty big fan of big fish games,and so far, I've never encounter any major bug... I have an iPad 2 and always downloaded my games with it.
I got stuck in the room with the generator after adding the second lever to light up the dungeon, but when I try to switch the lever, it tells me there is a lever missing.... I am stuck there and can't go. Further, not even to go get the third lever. I tried restarting the game, uninstalling/re-installing, nothing seems to work. I sent a email to big fish about maybe an update or a refund, and still after 1 week got no answer from them. I'm a bit disappointed, cuz the game is pretty cool until that point, but if I can't play it, I'd like my $ back....
