You're kidding, right? I have to get to level 2 of the faction to even make the darn plants show up -- having to S L O W L Y accumulate FIFTY THOUSAND tech points, and THEN have to wait through how many hundred thousand to get to level 3 of alchemy?

Things in this game take toooooo long! They've even increased the infancy time for babies, so that the labor of the mother is lost for ages!

Things in this game just take too long.


Hi, i only have level 2 in the Nature Faction, also after waiting sooo long for the 50000 points, but i got rid of the sharks by not doing any alchemy for the whole time and then sending a Master Scientist to concoct the brew. It worked fine, i am still about 140000 points away from the 3rd level but i now have unlimited food, and that helps heaps. I have done all but puzzles on level 2 of everything.
So i don't think you have to wait as long as you think! as long as you don't do alchemy while accumulating the points you need

I have bought the second level nature and my plant to the left of the screen still does not show up. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. Also can someone please tell me how to pause the game everytime I quit the game and come back all of my people will be dead. Thanks

hi larshel69,
all you have to do to pause the game is hit the spacebar before you exit. it will say "game paused" on the lower line

sorry forgot to add.....
as for the plant, have you looked up beside the lab where the kids go to relieve themselves. it is right up the top of that little alleyway. it is green stems with red tops

To pause the game, go to the Menu button and it will give you four choices for game speed (including pause). I pause the game when I go to bed everynight, while I'm actively in front of the computer I always have it on fast, and if I'm going to be away for a couple hours I just put it on slow...it's always worked fine this way for me.

hello every one, I have found a trick for the secret city, when you see a collectable pause the game (space bar) then go and find your child place him/her on the item and restart the game, this works a treat, and you do not loose the items before you get there

I have the bath fixed but how do I get the flowers in the bowls? Do I have to have a certain master to place them? I have been playing this game now for about 6 weeks and still hav'nt produced twins or triplets. Is there a potion or something I need to do to get them? The statue is another problem I have had to start over several times because I seem to be having problems producing enough food and tech points. Can someone help me please?

I have tried all of the tips for the fallen statue and none of them are working, very frustrated. I have leve 3 on every thing but Science and Nature. Can anyone help with this.

It would help tremendously if you clearly described your problem in detail.
All I can suggest is to check what version you own (needs to be 1.00.04).
All requirements are met, level 3 leadership, restoration, a tribal chief, a master builder and a completed bath.
Now, most likely you have not met or accomplished a triggering factor....

How do I find out what version I have? I have made all of the requirements and the cheif says a good place to anchore the statue, then checks food or thinks or proud of villagers. the mater builder says the same thing but dose not proceed to build the scaffolding .

Has your Master Builder drawn the plans on the chalkboard yet ?
Have an adept or even a trainee builder erect the scaffolding .
Once these things are met your chief MUST direct the building until it's finished which takes forever depending on your game speed settings.
Your version number can be seen on the menus page, lower left hand corner.

I have been playing for about 2 weeks now and I love the game. I have the hang of everything but my one problem is I have built everything that needs to be built, now all my master builders have died and i cannot create new ones to do the statue. How can I fix that or do I have to start over... (Don't know if it matters but I am playing from the "Nature" perspective)

i have already built everything... And the Master builders that I had have all died so none of my new villagers have experience at all in building. I am stuck. Is there another way for them to develope the buliding skills without actually building?
