Berlin - Level Help

Re:Berlin - Level Help 92-2

I'm also stuck on Berlin level 92-2. Once I get through it I'll be completely done with Berlin. In the 25 moves allowed I can get to the required score of 210,000 OR collect the 17,000 blue hats, but even if I use a boost and buy extra moves, I can't get both. What has to be done to get through it?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi,
I am totally stuck on helping the local after Level 16-2. I must have tried at least 40 times.... no fun in that. Please help. I must say that I have been enjoying playing most of the cities so far and would just like to skip over Berlin all together (not just for a short time offered). Also, I am playing for FREE.... and I'm not planning on spending money. Please help

I realized that even when you are lucky enough to create a lightning bolt if it is created to late you don't have enough moves to move the paper close enough to match it and eliminate all the papers and still get the gummy to go through every column and down to the bottom and out. I got frustrated and finally looked here in the forum for a solution. I did back out of the board several times looking for a 1 or 2 moves to get a lightning bolt. I still had difficulty trying to get a paper close to the lightning bolt to match it. I had 15 wind boosts I had never used and were free to me from daily events and could have been from the airplane that delivered rewards earlier in the game. Because these really did not cost me any coins I decided to get my lightning bolt within 1 or 2 moves and then use the wind boost to move the paper to the lightning bolt. Once I eliminated all the paper I found the three levels fairly easy to win after that and was able to get the 1000 coin reward. Thank goodness for the free wind boosts I already had or maybe I would still be trying to win these three levels because I must have lost my 3 lives at least 6 or 8 times before I decided to use the boosts.

Hello ps2003,

It sounds like there's been some trouble with Berlin, Level 34. I definitely understand wanting some advice about a level that's this tricky, so I'm swimming by to provide just that.

To beat this level, I focused on detonating the Color Blockers as soon as possible. By making matches with red and with yellow gummies, I filled the red and the yellow Color Blockers until they exploded. Each side of the board had two Color Blockers, and the first to explode would remove the layer of stone. When the second Color Blocker exploded, it removed the tiles from the vertical rows. After the Color Blockers detonated, the desert sand would begin creeping down those same vertical rows, but since I'd removed the tiles by that point, I focused on the middle of the board.

I also worked to make multi-gummy boosts like Line Crushes and Bombs whenever I could. These boosts got ride of multiple gummies when matched and helped me get rid of the rest of the tiles. By making matches with these boosts, I was also able to achieve the 70,000 score objective and get the bricks I needed to win.

I really hope these instructions are useful. If any more questions arise, please PM me or one of the other active Moderators. We'll be glad to be of assistance.

I am unable to generate enough gems to build Brandenburg gate. I have accessed all the ties but the helping hand icon does not appear near the red balloon, so I can’t get the gems associated and there is no where else to get gems without spending on the drill.

Can you fix the helping hand icon for the ties?

Hello Nantoonie, the quickest way to get the gems you need is to step back to Rome and replay level 87 a few times then trade the resources for gems!

Just a suggestion: you will be coming up on cities that require a lot of gems, start building up a bank of at least 100.

EDIT NOTE: My apology nantoonie, I meant trade resources for gems! Senior moment.

Nantoonie, I am just popping in here to back up Grampa's suggestion to replay Rome 87. Its far and away the easiest way for you to accumulate the green gems and if you keep playing it over and over, you can build them up whenever you need them in any city from here on and it can save you heaps of coins in game play by not having to buy the helping hands that only give you green gems. And further on, once you reach Istanbul, there is another level thats even better to do this, but thats a way ahead yet. All the good levels to replay are on the thread about replaying levels for resources.

Thanks for that advice, Jules and Grandpa. I hope they still fix the helping hand though. I’ll start building up my resources. Question - I’m not sure how to trade resources for bricks, and I’m not sure how I see bricks will help with gems?

Also I’m really confused because level 87 in Rome gives me bricks, hats and the pink things but not green gems, which is what I need

You use the resources you earn to buy green gems. You cannot get them by playing levels in ANY city at all. You can only buy them anyway. and as they travel with you from city to city, but the resources don't, you go back to Rome, earn the resources, open the trade centre from Rome, buy the green gems then go back to the city you are in and use them there. Its simple, no idea why you are confused.

Need help. At level 61 - 70. Had installed October 27th update but problem is, I have all the requirements to build the building, all the tie's but it won't go to the beginning of that level where I could pickup my rewards which would be 10 gems! The building is not clickable! I am totally stuck on Berlin level 70!

Huge BUG! PLEASE ADVISE

Hello Lorilit,

Welcome to the forums! It sounds like there's been trouble getting the green gems needed to progress past Berlin, Level 70. I'm swimming by to help with this.

A Local should appear in a grassy clearing to the right of Berlin, Level 61 to collect the ties. If she doesn't appear on her own, please pull the city map's screen from right to left as far as you possibly can. This has helped other players trigger the Local's appearance and should work for you.

If the Local still doesn't appear, please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team. They'll be able to investigate this matter further. Be sure to include your User ID with the inquiry.

Should any questions remain, you're also more than welcome to PM me or another moderator. We'll gladly provide whatever answers we can.

I have tried and tried to get past 116. there is not even a chance to get through. I am beginning to really dislike having to play a dozen times on a level to contniue. It is worse all the time, not just 116

My problem is Level 30-3, I can get the souvenirs unchained or clear the rubbish from the board but not both before the colours fill up and explode. I actually managed to get all the souvenirs from the board ONCE but didn't have a big enough score to complete the level even after spinning the Wheel for extra turns. I have been on this level for ages and I'm not getting any younger! All help appreciated.

Berlin - Level 46-3

[Post New]by basenjigummy on Jan 26, 18 2:55 AM
hi all,
I need to get my last Purple guy for the first resource station in Berlin -– Level 46-3 is killing me!
I have over lost more than 6 lives here, plus several shovels and combos, but to top it all off in the very last attempt spent more than 500 coin on extra turns at the same time as using a lightening bolt...
Which is to say - HELP! Please.

basenjigummy, just to clarify firstly, the level you mean is level 46, not 46-3. You mean level 46 tier 3 as there is no level 46-3, those are the side path levels and as you are wanting to get the purple worker gummy guy for the resource mart, it must be 46. Anyway, that level should not be quite that challenging. I had done it ages ago the 3 times, and just had two more goes at it, lost both, but it was SOOOOO close it wasn't funny, on each go at it, I only needed one more single move to get the score up to requirements, but I easily got the blue hats and tiles out. I can't understand why you are having such trouble, it should only take a few extra moves at the most. Maybe next time you do it, keep reloading the board till you get the formation of a and then go for it, make each move very carefully to get the max out of it with bombs and line crushes etc and use and make as often as possible and use them to best advantage. And one thing I have found, when I have a seriously challenging level, if I get SOOOO close its tantalising, I buy the extra moves and just keep at it till its over with as I figure if I am spending coins on moves, and then only need a few more to get it out, its better than otherwise wasting what I have already spent, as I could only end up having to spend them again and even more next time, so in the long run, it can be better to just get it over with if you can. Good luck, hang in there you will get it with luck and good moves.

Thanks OOo_jules_oOO! I think you soothed the Gummy Drop! spirits somehow.

Would you believe I cleared tier 3 of Level 46 (thanks also for the clarification on how to describe these things) in my first attempt for the day, with no boosts? ... amazing.
