game won't save

talk about frustrating. every time i save and exit i have to start the entire game over from the beginning. who has time for that? either this thing has a bug or i'm an idiot, and i know i'm not an idiot. someone help before i request a refund...

Hi barnababe,

Your game should definitely be saving for you and the best way to correct that issue is to go ahead and write into our Customer Support team from the link on the right side of this page - "We're Here to Help!" Just submit a help request with them and they'll get back to you as quickly as they can.
