I'm sorry to hear that you've having some technical issues with your game! Those Flash errors can pop up from time to time and can usually be fixed with some quick troubleshooting. We have help article devoted simply to these errors and I've included a link for you below if you would like to give those steps a try.

I, also, couldn't play the game, same reason. I bought the game when it first came out, and it just sits there in the game manager now, doing nothing. I contacted support back then, but it didn't help any. Never got a refund or credit for the game either. Made me upset about it, cause I like tri-peaks, but never got to play it.
