Help! Is anyone still playing this game?

Hi guys I purchased this game awhile ago, and just started playing again. The first time I played it, I got caught up in buying way too much stuff (The Sims?) and was sooooo lost I gave up. I couldn't get past level 4 I think?

I don't see any new games that I really feel like buying so I decided to give it another try. I was in the mood for a Sims type game. This time I didn't buy a lot of "stuff"!

Anyhoo I'm on scenerio 5, and a lot of customers are complaining on wait times. I have enough servers and captains trained and overpayed! There's a clear path to the kitchen and tables and I've hired 3 porters, one just for dishes and two for the dumbwaiters. I've purchased 2 dumbwaiters, but they both will only use one so they just stand there waiting How do I get them to use both? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I moved it to another wall. That seems to have worked. I sure am doing better this time around. I now have 3 chefs! woo hoo! but it's getting really involved with the recipes and whatnot. Should be interesting.

I have just re started this game too this time I am training my staff and not putting low grade food on the menu this gives the customers less to complain about.

I just beat it!!! I can tell you I ould not for the life of me figure out to reduce customer complaints about wait times. I put tables only against the walls, had a lot of chefs, enough space in the kitchen, and enough servers. As time goes on and you train your staff though, complaints will go down. The morale of hefs and servers is important. The higher morale they have the more efficient they are as well as higher skills. Same with chefs, higher morale means quicker cooking in the kitchen. And lose all your scenarios until the last month so that everyone can get more experience. This made a huge difference in my game when I played it this ay the fourth time around!! Have fun!!!
