If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Hi, not sure if you will consider this a tech issue, but I cannot find a way to get the achievements to clear... meaning, when I finished the game and tried to start a new one (whether in Junior or Master), all new games pre-populate the achievements. I'd like to start from scratch, to try to get all achievements, but am wondering if I will have to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I am not certain if this is a tech issue either, but when I am trying to break into Xenia's Tablet, I can complete the entire picture except that there is one tile missing, so consequently I cannot move forward in the game.

I cannot turn off the alarm in the workshop because when i hover over the panel my cursor is still a magnifying glass Seen clips on you tube and it should turn into a hand. can you explain is this a glitch or am i doing something wrong?
