catagories will not open

How can I get access to view and pick out the different catagories to play the puzzles? Can the problem be fixed or the game be re-loaded to enable the catagories to open?

I am having the same trouble. Would like to figure it out.

If you're running under Vista, set it to "Run as Administrator". If you don't want to set your own favorites, you can set it as XP-SP2 compatibility instead. Either way will open the categories.

did this and it still doesnt work

Unfortunately couldn't get the catergories to open either on my desktop-worked on my laptop (which is not working anymore), so installed it on my desktop. Its a pity it had good layout, you need to contact Tech support to check if there is anything that they can check. They said that some players have experienced problems on their with the compatibility with the Vista operating system.
