Blog Walkthrough Available for Hidden Expedition ® - Devil's Triangle!

If it wasn't for that walkthrough the last chapter or so would've enveloped me. Thank God for walkthroughs. Though I hate to jump out of games and turn on the evergobbling app known as FireFox, I must in order to continue. (old pooter and all, etc.)

At the power station scene, the orange button is stuck and didn't lit, and I'm not able to push it again. Does anyone knows what's the solution for this situation? Besides I really enjoy this game, so it's not a problem if I have to start it over from the beginning

Hi Rekka,

You may have to start the game under a new profile. All the buttons should be lit after the completion of each puzzle.

Having the same problem. Did you have to start all over? Maybe I'm not as patient as you are!

There is a new version of the game that was loaded yesterday (10/26/09). Just uninstall your game and re-download it to access the new version. Your progress in the game should be saved as far as I know.

Because I thought that in the last contest you ran, I asked who you were and how I should know the answer to those questions and someone responded that you are our very own Purple but did not say which one and we have several. I don't care about multiple IDs. In fact, I think they could be fun if they were not used to attack or hurt. There was a lot of turmoil in the pond a short while ago because of this issue. It seems to have settled down now. I like it quiet but I also think that a healthy differing of opinions is not altogether a bad thing.

OMG--apologies all over the place!!! I just researched that last contest and it wasn't even yours, it was Purplediva's. I am soooo sorry for the misunderstanding.
So, any way, how do you write a walk through? Lots of trial and error? Program statements? And were you disappointed with the ending of the game? Wasn't it rather sudden?

I have read the walkthrough and still cannot get the partial numerals puzzle!!! I don't understand how to play this despite trying to follow the instructions to the letter. Anyone have any tips? Thank you....pulling my hair out!

The partial numbers puzzle is pretty straight forward, but it does require some thought. Your notebook page for the puzzle will tell you which 4 digit number you need to "create," then using the tiles you have to combine two to make your number. If you picture the spaces for the numbers as having two sides (you have to flip it) then spinning really quickly like the old time cartoons, when it goes fast enough a number will be revealed. For instance if you're making the number 3 you can choose the tile that has the two dashes one on top of the other like a one (they're on the right side of the tile) and the one that has three dashes one above the other like a tower. Select the first tile, flip the blocks over and select the second tile. To see if you're right you can click the switch on the right to make the blocks spin and a 3 should be revealed. I hope this makes sense. In my head it's clear, but now maybe not so much. :o) Good luck!

I'm stuck at the envelope in the mailbox. I feed the bird the fortune cookie and he flies away. Then I reach for the envelope & it comes out of the mailbox onto the screen but it won't open. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling twice & tried 2 different profiles. I keep getting stuck at this same spot everytime.

Contact customer support, as soon as you click on the envelope it should trigger the mini-game.
