losing scores

Hi my husband and I use the same pc for games ,we are trying to outdo each other with "Winter Wonderland" but each time we change player we lose our score
I had actually got to level 135 when my husband took his turn and I tried to sign on again I was back to level one I had been locked out of the ones iI had completed before
We tried it a couple of times[in case it was a fluke] but it kept happening, anyone any suggestions as we both love the game but who likes losing all their score

I'm sorry to hear that you and your husband haven't been able to keep your high scores up on this game! The best way to correct errors of this sort is to go ahead and contact our Customer Support team from the "We're Here to Help" link on the right side of this page.

Just let them know the issues you're experiencing and they'll be happy to offer some suggestions to get things working again.

Hi Euphrates,
Thanks for your suggestion but i thought before I contacted the support team I would try reinstalling the game altogether and lo and behold it is working perfectly so now battle can commence between my other half and myself
