Light beam thru the window

Can anyone tell me how to get the light beam to go tru the window.

I cannot find out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. The rag has already been used to clean the back stained glass windows. Per the WT, next we are to click on the middle stained glass window to trigger a mini-game. Have clicked all over the window and the mini-game is not starting.

Any suggestions?
