COMPUTER BREAKS DOWN...what can i do?

hey guys,

just after i fed the birds and got the egg from above the station, and climbed back down... my pc breakes down... or more precisely, there pops up a massage saying that an error had ocurred... and i cannot go on playing anymore bc the game´s shut down... WHAT can i do???? i just cannot go on playing, no matter which way i take, it´s happening all the time. would relly apprechiate some hints, or suggestions.. THX a lot in advance

Your best bet with this kind of problem is to contact customer service which is the green envelope at the bottom right of this page.

However, some of us here can sometimes help with some computer issues, but we would need to know what game you're playing and what the exact error message is first. Also, it would help to know which version of Windows you're using.

ehm... well... isn´t this the forum to syberia 1??? well, anyway thx for ur help, i disinstalled and installed it again, now it´s working, puh, cost me 3 hours, quite a struggle but it´s fine now...

although i´m stuck now... repaired the fountain with the playing automatons, and went to the rectors, but i cannot ask them about the money... dunno what to do... pretty shitty... can anyone help?
