Im stuck with the weird flower that I think is merrows>he wants his cocktail, I have 3 inventory items, but cant find how to do it...ive bk tracked, and still, no can do...any help, plse, i dont want to go to library, to PRINT out walk thru, even no online walk thru for the whole story..just need help to get merrows his chro/drink?tks silly me.,got dream child., now going bkward..thats the crab n me...tried gamezbo..b=no luck..39 pgesx.14cents/ouch..did that w/chosen child...just wondering if someone could remember how to give merrows, his c/drink so he can help me. chow 4 now..azbratnny

This question is a little convoluted but I'll do my best.

First you need to collect the bottle, candle and burner from the lab. They will be on the shelves and floor respectively.

Then Merrow will ask you to light the fire. He will give you a match and you need to go outside to the fountain to collect the logs. Once back in the lab, put the logs in the fire, add match and wham, fire!

Merrow will then ask you to help him make a cocktail. He will direct you to go upstairs to get the Liquid of Plant Life bottle. It is near the gramophone on the top left shelf. Bring it back to the lab.

Pour the Liquid into the tall four level container just to the right of the fireplace. The liquid will turn from yellow to blue and back again. Pick up the bottle from your inventory and click on the four level container when the liquid is YELLOW. It will then save into the bottle.

Pour it into the other 'squiggly' container to near the door and place the burner under it. Light the candle from the fire and then light the burner with the candle. When the liquid turns GREEN pick up the bottle from your inventory and click on the green liquid. It will save to the bottle.

Click on Merrow to approach him. Then you need only click on the bottle of green liquid in your inventory and click it onto Merrow's glass and wham - he has his fix...errr... cocktail.
