level 81 beetle bug 2

need help

I think level 81 is impossible, I've spent loads of time trying and just can't see how it can be done. If anyone knows differently please tell us

I have even tried to find a way to contact the maker of the game, and I haven't been successful. Has anyone else tried this avenue? This is just ridiculous! I think it HAS to be winnable. I just don't know how! Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

This level was kicking my behind as well. So I called on an expert - my wife. She's VERY good at puzzling out solutions like this. Anyway, here's the key: the "fly arrows" can be moved one square at a time to the tornado and it will be sucked up and over the wall and drift down and fly once it hits bottom. So you need to push boulders over the top to raise the level of the bottom so the arrow activates on the level of each cactus creature. Obviously, this only works with the fly arrows that face to the left, and there are a limited number of permutations where you can make all these moves in the right sequence, but it can be done. I'm finally past level 81 and moving on....

I have read jwjorgensins helpful hints but still can not figure this out can anyone help me further. please.

I've only managed to get either the botton catus or the top catus by getting the rocks over the top. My problem is, is trying to get the flying arrows over the top with out them being kicked off (so to speak). Does anyone have a rock by rock answer. We all seem to know what we've got to do but it's the 'how' that is so frustrating

OK chaps, I've managed it. I can't do it rock by rock moves but there are 3 arrows that are necessary and also your ladybug bombs are necessary. The 3 arrows are as follows: arrow on 2nd to bottom row (this must be kept intact - is the last arrow to be used. The 1st arrow is the one at the top - push the 1st boulder over the top, then remove the mud around the top arrow and boulder to it's right, move that boulder in to empty space you've just created. GENTLY push arrow to vortex, this will pick it up and drop it - removing 1 catus. The rest is a bit hazy as it seems to just happen, the 2nd arrow you need is the top arrow of the 2 that are together. you need with your ladybug bombs to remove the static boulder and also to get a further few boulder to get level with the next row. You need to ensure that the 2nd arrow has flat surface to run along otherwise it drops and you then messed up to whole thing and you have to go back to the beggining. For the last arrow you need to get the boulders raised for the next row, whilst ensuing you have the necessary flat row to run your last arrow over. you use about 3 of the ladybug bombs to help sort out what boulders you need. It is possible - please don't despair, just go VERY CAREFULLY and SLOWLY try to think of the moves ahead and where you want things to fall. Good Luck

I have have written this walkthrough for you.I have kept it as basic as I can.

1....Move to the right and push the top rock so that it drops down the shaft.
2....Go up and over the next rock to get behind the top arrow and push it gently
to the left so that it drops down the shaft and gets the first cactus.
3....Go right, get behind the top rock and push it down the shaft.
4....Collect the four jewels that are now available.
5....Go down the bottom, go right under the arrow and rock (the arrow clears
the top row)
6....Push the rock on the bottom left so that it drops down the shaft.
7....Go back up to the top and go left to collect the four jewels.
8....Go right an clear the dirt in front of the top rock and push the rock
left and down the shaft.
9....Clear the dirt in front of the next rock and push it left and down the shaft.
10..You now have dirt and a rock in front of the top arrow.
11..Drop a grenade on to the dirt to clear the dirt and rock.
12..Push the top arrow gently left to get the second cactus.
13..Go to the top of the shaft and drop two grenades to clear the
top two rocks.
14..Go to the right and drop a grenade onto the left hand rock in front
of the top arrow.
15..Push the arrow gently to the left to get the last cactus.
16..Collect the last jewel.

LEVEL COMPLETE
