Don't Get this From the first puzzle

I do NOT understand even the first puzzle. What is the object of this game and how do you move the four objects at the top of the page into the box? All I can get them to do is drop straight down.

You have to use the boards in the upper right hand corner. Move them around to place them/tilt them as you need and then hit the yellow button at the lower right hand corner. For each puzzle, just keep trying and tweaking things till you get it to work...

Thank you. I never saw those blocks, and I couldn't figure out what they were talking about. It was so easy once I found them.

Once I've got all the pieces in the box, the scientist appears, says something like "well done" and then nothing happens. None of the buttons are clickable, even escape doesn't work. I had to ctrl-alt-del and close the app down. What am I doing wrong?

this is silly, I'm pretty good at this sort of thing!
