What does this mean??

Hi guys I'm still on Scenerio 8 I've reached all the goals except one. This is what it says for the new restaurant..... Monthly Profit....Target: $20,000 Current: ($57,635) NO. Why no? What exactly does that mean? During the game it will say something like ($20,000 X 31) projected NO. I don't get it?? I know how to raise my profit but I don't understand exactly what that means?? I kind of solved the not enough seating issue. I hired another Receptionist and put her beside the other one because I noticed people would not wait in line. It still happens but not as much.

This game needs a serious guide or I won't be buying Empire 2!

All that mean is your in the whole.. And you have to get out of the deit. Once you get that you are good. Also i want to know why doe my game keep saying famished on it. they wont wait for the food. I have tried everything. From assinging the cooks to firing some of the staff. I have trained my staff. Lowered the wages and still i get famished.. They wont wait..
