Quest for Nefertiti

I'm stuck at World 3, Queen Nef's tomb Secret room. I've placed the anch and fire extinquisher which got me the drawn figure of Nefertiti and the flashing figures of the bird, boat, shpinx I think) and the lantern. I've looked everywhere for these objects in the screen without success. I've clicked on the flashing white figures when they come up and...
nothin. Any help?
I'm also one of those morons who likes this game as well as Madam Fate. My time so far in Madam Fate is 2 hours and 41 seconds.

Some symbols will light up on the wall you must duplicate them in order to advance.

This is like a Simon Says game, duplicate the sequence so you can move on to the next part.

Once you've entered a sequence correctly all 4 pieces will light up temporarily, and the next sequence will begin.

The last sequence requires you to remember 7 positions.

I numbered the symbols from 1 to 4 in my head. Then, I wrote them down as they appeared and duplicated the pattern in order to complete the last 2 sequences.

If you make a mistake you will have to start the last sequence over with a new one.

Complete 5 correct sequences and you move on to the last phase.

Does anyone know where the fire exstinguisher and the ankh goes in world 9? Its the room with the 2 guards pointing spears at the dogs. I can't figure it out!

Thanks, I've been stuck with the queen and flashing symbols, thought it was the end of the game, duh. How did you find out about the simon trick ?
