Where is the jewelled turban? I've looked everywhere. HELP! I'm stuck!

Did anybody respond to this questions because I'm stuck at the same place.

I found it behind the first rung of the ladder (or try the second rung) in the backyard but you have to look real close. You'll only see the feather.
