Cake Mania 3, not saving gave

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem where the game acts like it saves, but doesn't save. No matter how long I've played, through many levels, saving along the way, once I quit the game & go back in later, it gives me the Player Name screen at sign on again. Even if I use a different name, my previous name & game are not in the player list - everything is gone & I have to start off at level 1. It's happened three times! It's such a big file, hate to delete & redownload if I don't have to.
