uninstalling trial games !!!

hi there, new to this...... i have downloaded three games on the hour trials and finished all of them,,,,, now i am unable to uninstall them from my computer..... it just comes up with game still playing..... when i go to the bit to try to play it , it then says game trial os finished !!!!!!

Can you not find the games in your 'programme files'? or go to 'control panel' --> 'add/remove programmes', you should be able to remove them from there. Good luck

You should be able to uninstall from the game client (the little window that pops up when you hit the "play my games" shortcut). Next to each game's name at the far right next to the "play now" or "buy now" button is a little trash can. Click there to uninstall.

thank you for trying to help me lil chickadee and bootsie but i have tried those and it still says that the games are running so i go back to the game and then it says nothing is running !!!????

Click on the green envelope to the right of this thread (We're here to help) and talk to a customer service person. I've had them help me before with technical computer problems, and they are fantastic (especially compared to *ahem* some of the other game sites' technical support). They're patient and thorough and explain everything in the simplest terms possible. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
