elemrnts the magic key what is wrong

there is something wrong with this game you get to the first chapeter and when you go to light the fire it goes of and tells you you have 60mins remaing and you did not even go to the quite button so is it me my other games ok anyone else having problems if so we will have to go to custermer support about this one looking forward to playing it to we got on this one lol besstan

I'm having the same issue with being dumped out of the game. I went ahead and bought it, uninstalled, reinstalled, created new profile and still would be dropped to desktop with no error message or anything. Waiting to hear if this is a common problem but yeah, there's something wrong.

The same thing happened to me - twice don't think I'll buy the game...

I tried to play and the screen went black. I had to do an control alt del to stop it running.
I have this new ATI 350 graphics card. It recognized that changes needed to be made to run this particular game and it did it and asked me to reboot.
Now it's working fine.
Sorry to hear that some of you cannot play it.
Maybe CS can recommend changing something to get it running.

Well, all I have is a blank white screen, but I hear the music.

Do they not test these things before they are offered??? I signed up to be a beta tester but have yet to get anything to test, maybe they need to step that up a notch and get these bugs worked out before release (just a suggestion.)

my game loads and then the screen is black and cant play the game and have wasted 30 min of the game already and cant even get to play it. Tried re down loading it 3 times.

I've seen this game elsewhere and those bugs have been happening even then. I've been trying to play it for the last week or so. Will try and see if I can get it running from here. A little bit of research wouldn't have gone amiss with this one I think

I'm having the same problem with a white screen save two lines and music. How do I get the game to work? I had to ctrl-alt-del as well to get out of the game.

All I get is a black screen. Tried downloading from another site, same problem. Won't buy a game I can't play. Been there, done that. Will wait to see if it gets fixed.

The game runs perfectly for me: Windows XP Service Pack 3, 2 gigs of RAM, 256-meg video card ATI Radeon HD 2400 with next-to-last most-recent video drivers (I still have the newest drivers for it downloaded to my desktop but haven't installed them yet). All I did was shut down my Avast antivirus before I started the game and away it went.

I was actually half expecting some trouble, as I had read of others having problems when the game was available for download elsewhere, but nope.

I will be very interested to know what the problem is for so many of you.

I was one of those that had trouble with the demo from Playrix but the game from here is going fine for me

DITTO on the technical problems. Shouldn't have to download or purchase new driver. Compatible should mean compatible.

I get dumped about every 2 min. I am 2 minuting my game away - LOL! I love the graphics but cannot tell if I am going to want the game because i cannot play long enough.

BFG seemed to be offline for a while too. Whatever problems they are having may have had some effect on this game. I will uninstall this and DL it again another time.

My glitch is somewhat different from the ones I see here. In the first room, I think it's Albert's room, I found the key...found the chest...unlocked the chest...but there are no items to find. The chest is completely empty. The only item I have left to find is Albert's wand, which I assume I'm supposed to find in that chest.
Strange little game we have here, huh?

I've tried three times now - game keeps closing and sending me back to game manager!

I also, get a white screen and hear sounds like the game is running. I had to Ctrl + ALt = Delete to end the game.

The manager shows that I have played a few minutes??
