Problem Locating Battery

I have progressed to the suspect that first involves the Curators Office and the Tenament (So sorry I can't remember the name.) I have cleared the level except for the Suspect's Apartment and the Curator's Office because one needs to have use of their x-ray and flashlight equipment. I watched carefully for the battery in all the other levels: Abe's, Sewer, Mingo's, and Auto Salvage but I have not located one for this level.

I actually went to the "Battery Location's - Spoiler Alert" thread and found that 2 people reported batteries in Abe's and in the Sewer, but they were not there for me. Just to be certain it wasn't "invisible" I clicked a bit too much on the yellow and black hazard stripe, but only succeeded in receiving a 5 minute penalty.

I would welcome any thoughts on where to look (even if I must repeat the look) because I have over 20 minutes left and that's going to take a while to run the clock out to re-do the level.
