I'm Really Stuck on 2 Mini-Games

I just got this as I didn't realize when it 1st came out that there was a Ravenhearst connection DUHHH but I think I'm on level 3 & I'm stymied by 2 locations. One is under Marlena on the map called Opposite Attraction; the other is under the Amazing Larry on the map & it's forming 3-letter words called Six Words to Win. On that one whatever I click as the 2nd letter of the word, it makes it jump & swap places with another letter....HUH? Is it supposed to, or do I have a glitch? And if it's supposed to, then what is the trick to making a lousy 3-letter word? Opposite Attraction is a new random everytime I open it & I can never even see 1 word, let alone 2, & I used to be quite good at word games prior to the HOG obsession so this is getting on my nerves. Why aren't the mini-games skippable?

I did cull thru the folders the mods made but I'm not seeing anything helpful, so scuse me if this has been asked & answered as 65 pgs is a bit much to look at. TYVM in advance for any suggestions.

Did you check the walkthru on gamezebo, Tips and Tricks? May get some perspective on the word ones. That 3 letter word I do remember being random and fiddling long enough it clicked in by itself. Just gets madding when changing one letter can change another. Im good at word games but that one is so tricky.

If you can't find the page, scroll to bottom of Tips and Tricks to alphabet, it is under M for MCF MadamFate. It helped me get thru MF, but I so wish BF would patch it with an untimed options. That was my bitter frustration but I did finally get to the end. I think, or did I start over? LOL. A skip on the puzzles would be good, and a mag glass to blow out some of the teeny find 10 things.

On the Opposite Attractions one, I think the main words are on the GZ spoiler, which words match or look for so maybe some clues will make you go duh now I see it like me. But trying to focus and think while beating the clock was well, start over.

Such a beautiful game to be ruined by a clock

TYVM lilyr & puzzledone, I Googled for the walkthru as the strategy guide only demos for 5 lousy min on this & was looking at JIG, which was not a helpful one at all, maybe I'll have better luck w/ GZ & PMing

CS says that jumping letter is NOT normal & I should try reinstalling, so I'm doing that now. Hope it works.
