Anyone know how to get past - Circus February?

I've been trying for weeks and no matter how many treats or channels I change to keep the boys and cupids happy I am always just literally 1 or 2 dollars short of baker's goal!!! HELP please

I got as far as the Casino. It's very important to get the cake topper upgrades. It will increase cake totals up to $20. Upgrade the oven and the icer and don't forget to upgrade Jill's shoes.

Thanks for at least replying to me. I have at least one oven and froster upgraded to the most and the shoes and 4 toppers total and the last time I tried I was like $2.00 short. I am so frustrated I do not know what else I can do. This is driving me crazy seriously it seems unreal to me.
