Can someone give advise on how to get gold on crossroads 8?

This is the level where you start with $69,000 and you need to make $100,000 and 2 dresses in 3 minutes and 10 seconds.

Can someone explain how to get gold on this level?

I have tried several different methods without any luck.

Immediately buy 2 cows....upgrade storage house twice and truck fully
Send the plane to get 4 bottles of chesse thing(whatever it is)
Collect 2 bottles of milk and process to sour cream and butter(and again for 2 more bottles)
As soon as you have collected total 4 bottles of milk sell your cows
By the time you have first set of butter ready...you will have bottles
Process all 4 butters to cheese and sell them
You will enough money to buy Ostrich
In the mean time buy 2 hats and 2 cloths
Collect 2 feathers and make hats
As soon as you have collected 2 feathers, sell the ostrich
You will have money to make attier(last house needed)
Make 2 dresses and sell them you will have more money then the goal(100,000)
Easily completed under 2:50........Enjoy
