Waking potion for Lilith

back in herbalist house but mixing jar will not move to flask of lavender essence. how do I get the essence into the mixing jar?

The mixing jar stays put. You move the flask to the lavender essence and move the lever at the bottom of the tank. The flask fills and you then take that to the mixing jar
