I purchased the CE of this game, demo ran fine, but after I bought it, I never got to play it because it wouldn't open, TRIED everything possible, but NOTHING worked.

I really loved this game, so was wondering if anyone knows, or had experience with, not being able to play the CE, but was able to play the SE version?
I can't find out just by playing the this SE demo, because the demo did play with no issues in the CE, it was after buying, that the game wouldn't open.

If anyone has experience with this same issue, but was able to open and play this SE version, after purchase, your help would be greatly appreciated?

I'm sorry to hear that there is some trouble getting this particular game to open on your computer. It may be helpful to look at the following help article to ensure that everything is up to date with your video card driver:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

If you are still having trouble getting the game to open, the following help article contains further troubleshooting steps:

Run Game as Administrator

Hi...I had no problem downloading the CE Trial but was unable to download the SE which I purchased today until I uninstalled the Game Manager and re-installed it - now all is fine!

i loved this game and wanted to purchase but it ran soo sloooww on my mac.I always got the rainbow spiral when changing locations in the game. the graphics are adorable and was wondering if the game had bugs that can get corrected? I played the standard edition, would consider getting the CE if I knew it would run better

Couldn't get the frame to work in toy shop that would allow me to dust the register.
What do i do?
