I was afraid to open this thread for quite a while because I thought it was one of the many spam threads that appear daily. What you mean is an "achievement" or "trophy". The way I get the Ice Trick is on the bonus level where it is all breaking frozen segments (I think it's the 4th one), there is one segment where the chain curves into a loop. If you time it correctly you can freeze the lower half of the loop then the upper half. Then hit the entire loop with your next shot to get the trophy.
