Tri-Peaks 2: Quest for the Ruby Ring - game exits before I get to play

I have a number of games and have all the software I should need. I have downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled this game but at times - not always - when I click "play" then go to the second screen and click on "Panama" the screen goes black then comes up with the "exit game manager" screen. This doesn't happen every time but enough times it drives me crazy!!! Please, anyone else having this problem????

I've had the same trouble since downloading it; sometimes it will start right away and sometimes it won't.

Yeah, mine too; annoying but still enjoy game too much to throw it away!

I have this game and a ton of others and this one fails on start 70% of the time. I ususally have to restart my computer to get it to play. Disabling the anti-virus makes not difference. I love this game too, but I wish Big Fish would get us a patch so we can play without aggravation.
